As the provider firm for northern Florida, we are linked via computer to the Home Office in Ada, Oklahoma. This allows us access to membership information provided to LegalShield℠. including, but not limited to, the member’s name, address, telephone number, plan type, and initial date of membership. This information assists us in providing timely and efficient legal services to members. LegalShield℠ has also created software that allows us to retrieve information on all previous legal the member has called upon our firm to handle. Since all contacts with a member are noted in the computer, when a member need further assistance at a later date, we can retrieve all prior information to better assist that member.
