Kevin received his undergraduate degree with highest honors from the University of Central Florida.  While attending law school at Stetson University, he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review and his writing was published in the Stetson Law Review .  He was a Dana Scholar and was recipient of the Walter Mann Graduation Award.  He also served as the president of the Law School Student Body and vice-president of Sigma Nu Phi and student advisor for the Freshman Moot Court.

Kevin is Board Certified by The Florida Bar and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Lawyer.  He has litigated several cases related to personal injury claims, administrative matters, employment matters, real estate contracts, joint ventures, landlord/tenant and corporate matters.  In addition to his litigation practice, Kevin has worked in the transactional areas of real estate sales and leasing, computer publishing and software development, corporations, and employment contracts.  Over the course of his career, he has represented several clients in matters related to bankruptcy, in both debtor and creditor roles.  His administrative practice has included representing individuals such as firefighters before the appropriate retirement and pension boards and contractors on challenges to bid awards.

Kevin is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
