Raymond was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey until the age of 16 when he relocated to Tampa, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and an Associate of Arts in Political Sciences from the University of South Florida. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School, Des Moines, IA, and as a law student was a member of the Drake Law Review and President of C.E.L.A.D., the Hispanic law student organization. Upon graduation, Raymond joined a sole practitioner in Tampa and practiced in the area of Personal Injury Law. Raymond later established his solo practice in Personal Injury and Family Law.
Raymond is admitted to practice before all Florida State courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. |
