Lidiana
was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to
Florida in 1990. She received her Bachelor of Science
in Biology from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
While attending U.S.F, sh e
was a recipient of the Martha Nolten Endowed Scholarship.
She obtained her Juris
Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale,
where she was an editor for the International Law Journal.
She graduated with a concentration in International Studies.
Prior to working for DBKSM&N, she worked for a private
law firm in South Florida, where she focused primarily in
the areas of probate, estate planning, and corporate law.
She has also worked as in-house counsel for a publicly traded
company in Boca Raton.
Lidiana
is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.
She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
