Jeff was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science, majoring in Finance, while earning minors in Economics and English, from Florida State University. While attending FSU, he served on the Student Senate, was a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and interned for State Senator Jeffrey Atwater. He was also an active leader in his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, where he served as the Vice President of Communications. Jeff obtained his Juris Doctorate with Honors from Florida State University. As a law student, he was active in the Phi Delta Phi Fraternity, earned the H. Mark Purdy Alternative Dispute Resolution Book Award, and the Judge Hugh M. Taylor Book Award in State Constitutional Law.

Jeff is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.
