Born and raised in San Juan , Puerto Rico . Received Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico , Bayamon Regional Campus. Obtained Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University and received a Master degree from the Catholic University (LLM). Admitted to the practice of law in 1987. Worked in Puerto Rico as an attorney in the Puerto Rico Recreational and Development Company, in the Justice Department and as an in house counsel for the Medical Service Administration, a government corporation.

 

Moved to Florida on December 15, 1992, with wife and 2 children. Admitted to the practice of law in 1994. Had solo practitioner office until September 2004.
