Chuck was born in Tampa, Florida
and raised in Miami, Florida, and Marathon (the Florida Keys),
Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism
from the University of Florida. While attending UF, he was
a member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. He obtained his Juris
Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law. Upon
graduation, Chuck practiced law in Tavernier, Florida (the
Upper Keys) until 2001, concentrating in real estate, estate
planning and probate, and general business law.
Chuck has won PrePaid Legal Services 'Prestigious Members
Choice', a national award, two out of the three years he has
been with the firm. Chuck is admitted to practice before
all Florida state courts.
