Ben
was born in Hugo, Oklahoma, though he has lived his entire
life in Florida. He attended the University of Florida, during
which time he earned placement on four Dean's Lists and two
President's Lists for academic excellence. He graduated with
High Honors in 1986, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science, with additional studies in Radio and Television
Broadcasting. Ben subsequently attended the University of
Florida College of Law, where he earned placement on three
Dean's Lists, and he received his Juris Doctorate in 1989.
In addition to being well-versed in the practice of
general civil/commercial transactions and litigation, Ben's
career and background have accommodated significant exposure
to the areas of entertainment and broadcasting contract law,
and he remains strongly tied to the entertainment industry
through his family's businesses and his own collateral activities.
Ben is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. |
