Adam was born and raised in New York City , New York .  Moved to Central Florida in 2003, He is a retired New York City Police Officer and U.S. Army Veteran of 20 years. He served in the Infantry and in the Judge Advocate General Corps. He is a former Public Defender in Orange County and has tried over 100 criminal cases and as arbitrated over 250 cases before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Federal Mediation and consolatory Service (FMCS).

He is a member of The New York New Jersey and Florida State Bars as well as all the Federal courts in those states. Certified Arbitrator for Better Business Bureau Lemon Law Claims.
